I believe my student is my customer; therefore, I design my lesson plans and lectures to serve and challenge my students. My students learn through example through my professionalism and respectful delivery of subject material, which enables my student to go forth in the working world with a strong ethical understanding of what is expected from them, as well as, from others. Furthermore, they understand how to treat the customer, their co-workers and the competition. In doing that I feel my “job” has been completed in teaching and leading the future professionals of tomorrow.PERSONAL PROFILE
With having over 20 years of diverse and challenging experience, combined with powerful management and teaching skills, I have acquired a disciplined approach to the task at hand and the innate ability to anticipate potential obstacles. Therefore, the acknowledgements of “getting the job done” and “looking at the whole picture” are accomplishments and examples of my strong business ethics. My excellent job performances and student evaluations are true reflections of my abilities and belief that customer satisfaction is foremost.PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATIONS

RESEARCH and RESEARCH INTEREST
Dissertation Research: Research in the area of Information technology of the model called Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). UTAUT was developed by Venkatesh, Morris, Davis & Davis (2003) by viewing eight models (TAM, TAM2, C-TAM, TPB, MM, MPCU, IDT and SCT) to present a unified view. My dissertation utilized the constructs of UTAUT, Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence and Attitude toward Using Technology to focus on the moderating variables of Age, Gender, Experience and Communication Technology to address the following question. What are the effects of age, gender, experience and communication technology on behavioral intentions and usage of Information Technology (IT)? The research participants used the Jenzabar Software System and were at an Academic Institution. SPSS was the statistical software utilized.
